We're Mara and Theo. A few years ago we took on one dated little Austin apartment, gave it a careful, budget-minded renovation, and listed it as a short-term rental. It booked out almost immediately, and we were hooked. Since then we've renovated and hosted a handful of small flats and condos across the city.
